RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase. For subscription renewals, refund requests must be made within 14 days of the renewal date.

To request a refund, please message the Membership Manager profile in our online community or contact our customer service team at support@leslieleylandfieldsmail.com.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.



EXCEPTIONS:
The following items cannot be returned and are not eligible for refunds: Workshop Tickets, Retreat Tickets, & StoryGift.

For digital content, partial refunds may not be granted once the materials have been accessed or downloaded.
